Luxury 4-bedroom apartment for holidays, short, medium or long stays, next to the Gulbenkian Museum in Avenidas Novas, with a supermarket right next door and parking in front. Very well located with easy access to São Sebastião, Campo Pequeno or Praça de Espanha metro stations, Entre-Campos train station and several bus lines. Close to El Corte Inglés and in an area with a variety of shops and restaurants, pharmacies, universities and hospitals (Curry Cabral and IPO).
The apartment is brand new, completely renovated, with luxurious, modern and sophisticated décor and is fully equipped. It has 3 very spacious suites with large wardrobes + 1 small bedroom, 4 bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen. It also has a small but very pleasant balcony with a fantastic view of the Gulbenkian gardens. It has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. Free Wi-Fi with excellent signal and speed throughout the apartment.

This apartment was comfortable and beautifully appointed. It’s close to a market, restaurants and the museum, and in a quiet location. There was a sweet welcome gift of wine upon arrival! Our family had excellent communication with the host who was able to arrange transportation to and from the airport. We did cook often so garbage/recycling distribution/disposal was a bit confusing at first, but we were able to figure it out during the course of the week. In addition, the front door was broken at one point during our stay, but our individual apartment had secure locks and we felt quite safe.Overall, a perfect location for a family to stay in Lisbon!

My family and I had the privilege of spending our week in Lisbon at this apartment. The location was wonderful and central to all of site seeing tours. We loved walking around the neighborhood in the evenings enjoying the local restaurants and shops. The park across the street is amazing and we couldn't wait to spend our free time walking through the gardens. I highly recommend this apartment and everything it has to offer.

Property was fine, but not 100% comfortable. Everything was just slightly not comfy and for a week that matters. One towel per person only is also annoying especially for the women who want to wash/dry their hair. Owner/manager seemed annoyed by Americans renting and made a couple of comments that made us feel uncomfortable/unwelcome.
