What I particularly liked was the hotel’s convenient location, which made it easy to discover Catania and nearby attractions. Stano is a perfect host!

There were, however, a few aspects that could be improved.

We had a great stay, the whole place is very nice decorated with beautiful antique furniture. It is quiet, but in walking distance of all the cute restaurants and bars of Catania. Super clean everywhere, the bed was perfect (clean white sheets, comfy pillows and nice firm beds). Shower was warm. The rooftop terrace is a great place to hang out (see if you can spot the neighbors cute bulldog peeking trough the fence). You have to walk some stairs to get up, but don’t worry because your luggage will go by cable lift.

The Owner is very friendly and helpful, communicates quickly, and speaks English fluently. The room was quite big, clean, and the bed was quite comfy. Also, there was a big fridge in the room, which was quite practical. Also, the windows have mosquito ne.ts so you can open them without running the risk of getting stung. There is a breakfast area with a little kitchen as well as a terrace. The room is on the top floor, but there is an "elevator" for the luggage, which is quite convenient.

The door of the shower was broken; overall, the room could do with a bit of an update. As it is located quite centrally, there is some noise from the street also during the night, especially vespas driving around, so expect that...
