Luciana is an attentive, caring host with a helpful, outgoing personality. We liked her a lot. Her guests seem her # 1 priority. You can turn to her with any request any time of the day. If you ask her, she can also help arrange people to have access to highly authentic (delicious & non- mass produced) local products.
It's not a real annoyance at all: but I could mention that some ( not all) rooms are located above a friendly, yet lovely cafè- restaurant, which is usually busy until 11 or midnight. However, the whole building is pretty silent afterwards. It really depends on one's programme whether this minor inconvenience is noticed at all.
