About this apartment rental
Not far from the old town of Bale, the 60m² flat is located on the ground floor of the house and has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. From the living room with its well-equipped open kitchen, you have direct access to the 12m² terrace on the garden side. A wonderful barbecue area is available to guests in the garden near the pool. The cozy seating area invites you to enjoy convivial evenings around the barbecue. The large saltwater pool is shared by the guests of Villa Nina and the neighboring Casa Istriana.
The friendly hosts also live in the house and are always available to answer any questions you may have. Of course, the vacation apartment also has a parking space on the enclosed property.
The old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and stores are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The beaches of San Polo and Colone are just a few minutes away by bike or car.

Het appartement is omringd door een prachtige tuin en een schitterend zwembad en bevindt zich op loopafstand van het middeleeuwse dorp Bale waar de tijd heeft stilgestaan. De lokale bevolking is erg vriendelijk. Echt een aanrader om vanuit Bale de populaire badplaatsen en prachtige steden aan de kust te bezoeken. Het appartement is eenvoudig maar de tuin met lavendel en olijfbomen maakt dat ruimschoots goed.
