Monolocale in posizione centrale, ma in una zona tranquilla di Bale, per cui di notte è molto silenzioso. Il parcheggio è a 2 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è nuovo, super accessoriato e pulito. Il pianerottolo davanti la porta poi è una chicca, perfetto per la colazione o un po' di relax. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

It's a very nice place that is quiet and lovely to stroll around 😊. I definitely would recommend anyone to stay here. Extra info: You have olive oil mill 7 mins walking distance, and the other olive oil mill (chiavalon) is 10 min drive it is one of the best awarded olive oils in croatia.

We didn't appreciate that the property owner was not physically there even though he helped us by phone it was just a lot of of forth on back - so his dad was put as responsible but he didn't speak a word of English. But we appreciate his help and kindness even with language barriers. We believe the property owner needs to work on communication transparency when he is not physically available - this could be information on a paper placed in the dining table. We also did not receive the wifi code upon arrival. We had to ask. My point is all this forth and back communication could be less with the right communication tools available. We also didn't appreciate the door locks. Somehow, it is quite hard to lock the doors (main door and apartment door) without extreme force. We were quite surprised that it was that difficult. There are also no door numbers on the apartments that it confused some people as they were trying to enter our apartment - we had to say wrong door. We were confused where to park at first because the zone to park in was a paid parking area but his dad said we can park there with the card placed in the car - A map of parking area would help people understand where to place their car.

Boravili smo u Balama i oduševljeni smo! Smještaj je bio izuzetno ugodan, uredan i čist, te smješten na odličnoj lokaciji. Savršeno mjesto za obitelji s djecom – park je udaljen svega minutu hoda. Sam gradić Bale nas je očarao svojom šarmantnom atmosferom, uskim i zanimljivim ulicama te bogatim ljetnim sadržajem poput predstava i raznih događanja. U blizini su i brojni kafići u kojima možete uživati u opuštenoj atmosferi. Veliki plus je i blizina drugih poznatih istarskih gradova, što omogućuje lagane izlete i istraživanje okolice. Topla preporuka svima!

Imagine having a morning coffe on terrace, at old square. Totally quiet place, you can sleep with open windows until late morning. Ancient Middle Ages spirit, and artistic atmosphere, evening concerts, art exibitions..... Actually my holiday dream place. Exellent modernly equipped apartment, without losing the style of the ancient house. Parking place, and pass to best near beach ( only 10 min.) organized by owner, very pleasant and helpful. Beach is totally peaceful, you can find your own spot, turquoise clean sea ( bring water shoes 🙂 ). Tuorist train to beach drives all day, if you travel without car. Grocery few minutes by walk. Local people very cheerful and lovely. I definitely recommend it.... i will visit again and again. See ya there 😊
