Close to the télécabine and city centre. Grocery shops nearby (big e.leclerc, carrefour city). Underground parking.

There’s only one window opening for 3 rooms(salon, bedroom, bathroom). It’s a bit hard to refresh the air in the apartment.

great location, the slopes are 5 minutes walk from the apartment, there's a secure garage, 2 supermarkets nearby (one of them really big and conveninent!), The old town is 1km up the mountain but the distance is totally walkable on foot. The apartment has a kind of an attic with two beds accessible by a ladder which is not totally visible on the photos but that was a great place for the kids to sleep and spend the time. The hosts were very flexible - we were able to arrive after the designated hours and the small predicament with the deposit was resolved to satisfaction of both parties. And they even helped us drop the postcartds in Briancon post as we didn't have enough time to do that before departing.

the bath has no shower curtain so it was a bit difficult to take a shower without splashing the water all around. Also it seems that the water-heating system is the same for several apartments. Sometimes when we arrived late it was impossible to heat the water at all - it was lukewarm for the whole evening. So even if you are only two people better take the shower right after you get back from the slopes. there was no wifi (which is sometimes an advantage rather than a drawback =)) there's a box for the skis but no place to keep and dry the skiboots which seems common for France in general so we were ready to accept that. The apartment could have some more storage place - there's only one wardrobe for outerwear in the corridor and one chest of drawers in the bedroom. We had to store the skiboots and helmets all around the place.

Very helpful people, fantastic location for access to the town and the ski lift, free secure car park.

The bathroom could do some small improvements - the sink drainage was very slow so the sink was filling up, there was no shower curtain in the bath tub, so it was hard to take a quick shower. We run out of hot water (there was only 2 of us). There was no internet. So overall small things that could be easily fixed.
