Ubicación.
Apartamento algo antiguo, necesita modernizar el menaje de ropa ( sábanas y toallas ). Sin ascensor.

In the middle off lovely restaurants and fantastic bakery 10 min walk to ski lift
Could do with updating bathroom , like re grouting to make it more cleaner in tiles
