Our journey down from Calais was delayed however the host was still happy to meet us at the property for the key handover and a full explanation of the parking and apartment facilities.
The wifi was reliable but the speed is limited which is probably the same for many properties in this area. For a faster connection we bought a French eSIM which was very cheap, and used this as a hotspot.

Location was excellent for the ski lift. Nice balcony with beautiful views. Handy to have supermarket across the road. Shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. Well provisioned with kitchen equipment. Good communication from the host.
The interior was rather dated and areas such as ventialtion system and shower cubicle needed an overhaul. There was limited storage that could be improved by reducing the unnecessary clutter. Also need to clear out items such as empty spirit bottles left behind by others. It was ok for 2 people but would be crowded and limited sitting area for any more. However on balance the apartment worked for what we needed on a weeks ski trip.
