I liked how well the staff treated you, were given cold towels as soon as we turned up, helpful with what to do, requested a safe and gave it straight away.

The free shuttle to ao nang was great. The room was lovely and the main pool area was super nice. Bed was very comfy and large. Breakfast when it arrived was tasty.

Started badly on check in. Three people behind the desk chatting amongst themselves. Really far from the super friendly welcome you get elsewhere in Thailand. Got worse because there was an issue with our booking (this was booking.coms fault to be fair). We had booked for an extra bed for our daughter and had paid the quoted price in full which wasn't showing on their side. But got quite acrimonious and we kept being asked to pay extra for breakfast, sheets etc that were all included in our confirmation already. When we finally got in the room (not till 4pm) there was no bedding on the sofa bed for her and we had to have the same argument again. Just spoilt the experience. We had a pool villa. It was lovely but quite a few broken things - decking area around pool, main lamp, plug sockets. We put the please clean sign on the door but it wasn't done until late on day 3 after we asked at reception. So dirty plates and glasses from room service on day one were left out for a couple of days. Breakfast was bizarre. We were asked quite robustly to pre order and give a time to eat. One morning I was still eating breakfast when I was asked to order the next day's. Yet the food was never ready at the stated time and on two days there was over 30 mins between the first and last person's food coming out and on two days the orders were wrong. So the pre ordering felt totally unnecessary and having to give a time put unnecessary pressure on us. We also had to commit to a check out time on arrival and they were there at the door ready to escort us out bang on time; even though the room hadn't been ready for check in time on our arrival. All in all for a "luxury" experience it just fell short in quite a few ways and we felt disappointed.

Was perfect, very clean and beautiful. Stayed in the pool villa for 3 nights. Staff were helpful and made you feel at home. Shuttle was very reliable as well. All in all a great place to stay, would come back and also recommend to others!

Service to the room was occasionally too slow but not all the time.

Big, spacious villa, clean and maintained. Smiling and kind staff. There is a shuttle to/from Ao nang beach a few times a day so it was comfortable. The private pool was a real treat and one day we had a floating breakfast which was very nice.. Well recommended.

Lovely staff, excellent space in the pool villa, floating breakfast, and just a tuk tuk away from the beach. Served as a great home base for our adventures in Krabi.

Overall was clean and private

Housekeeping was not upto mark. Its possibly because the facility was full to capacity and there may not have been enough staff to cater to all timely. On our 1st day we went out in morning.and on return about 4pm the villa was exactly as we left it, uncleaned. Had to go inform the desk manager about this who then promptly got it sorted with us waiting out by the pool where the manager sent us some mocktails. The auto on and off mechanism at the pool filter was a bit of an issue as it would come.on early morning waking us up. The breakfirst which was served at the villa wasnt very good either, though the staff tried to do a good job.

Right from check-in to check-out process, everything from the staff to breakfast (ala-carte), facilities, cleanliness and shuttle services were great. Amazed with the welcome treat and interior of the villas.

Prior to arriving to Krabi, it was impossible to get in touch with the owner or hotel staff. Despite multiples texts via booking.com, I still failed to get any reply and had no choice but to ring customer service of booking.com with a complain. Secondly, the location is not suitable if you are planning to roam in town every now and then but thanks to their shuttle service which made our lives easier. Was glad they did not charge us additionally for odd hour usage of the shuttle :)

A few things need a upgrade so simple things like fixing the shower but only minor repairs

A great hotel with amazing facilities. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Clean surroundings, room and poolside. Great variety for breakfast menu. Near to ao naong beach and other nearby attractions. Will definitely stay again!

Shuttle services, Staff was very friendly & understandable. Villa 6 & and 7 are both recommended for families with Childers.

The exceptionally friendly staff, the price, the location, the room type, the shuttle service.

Some stuff were slightly outdated / needed some love but not a deal breaker for us.

The staff was very nice and pleasant to talk to. They decorated our room for our honeymoon. It was beautiful. The breakfast is beautiful.

The location is a bit far from Ao Nang beach, so it's kind of scary at night.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful.They were happy to organise additional arrangements that we requested.The place is kept neat and tidy.

It’s not a walking distance from Ao Nang beach town but they have shuttle services at several times a day and night. Although the accommodation was awesome, I feel it would be wonderful if the building is repainted and some renovations done.

Facilities are great, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, nothing exciting.

The WiFi didn't work and the hotel hasn't fixed it in 10 hours even after many complaints. The next day failed to work again and wasn't fixed on time. Massage and motorbike services hired by the hotel were irresponsible, inadequate and malfunctioning, leading to poor communication and unresolved problems via the hotel staff. No apologies/compensation was offered by the hotel at any time. We will not return.

Amazing staff and very welcoming. The place is a bit far from everything but the hotel staff was very kind to assist with transfer service to ao nang beach the day we checked in. Amazing service. Would surly recommend this place and would also like to visit again given the opportunity.

the pictures are much nicer than the property itself, the photo makes it look like it’s surrounded by forest which it isnt, there is a resort next door.
