Overall it was great, only housekeeping lowered the rating

Very friendly reception staff, restaurant staff, and the driver who gives free rides to the beach - they were all great. Breakfast was very good. The private pool and room design were beautiful. The villa is not directly on the beach, but there is a free shuttle, and there are many shops and restaurants around the villa.

Housekeeping service. Our dirty bedsheet was not changed during cleaning - it was only flipped around. So the next nights we slept with our heads where our feet had been before. If housekeeping cannot change the bedsheet, it would be better not to touch it at all. It’s not nice to sleep where your feet were. There were also a lot of mosquitoes around the villa, so be ready to use mosquito spray before sleeping. We also found many dead mosquitoes on the bathroom tiles that were not cleaned after previous guests. During daily cleaning, the floor inside the room and outside was not cleaned. This is important when you have a pool or bring sand from the beach. The pool was also not cleaned during our stay, and by day three we didn’t want to use it anymore because there was a lot of dirt floating in it.

- As a tall man, the round bed in the honeymoon suite wasn’t as long as I would have liked (minor inconvenience) - Location isn’t walking distance from Ao Nang so if planning on going to that area taxis are needed. Grabs are easy to get however

We stayed for 6 nights. The accommodation is clean, well maintained, and the staff is friendly.

The location requires transportation to reach the beaches or the city center, which we knew in advance. However, noise from the main road (cars and scooters) is quite disturbing due to very poor soundproofing.

Nice and relaxing!

Room and private pool were really nice. Clean and spacious. The breakfast was basic but nice - also Muslim friendly. We’re not Muslim but appreciated the inclusivity for those who are! Staff were also very nice.

Pretty basic amenities and quite far from town. They do offer a car service which is pretty handy but only one way.

Very good breakfast, 10 min taxi ride from AO Nang beach. Efficient staff, nice and calm location. Supermarket and restaurants nearby also along with fresh fruit sellers. Overall great experience, would highly recommend.

Exceptional !

Everything was exceptional, great location with quick and easy access to Ao Nang. The staff were all very friendly and keen to help with anything that was requested. The facilities were immaculate, very clean and plenty of living space, we celebrated a birthday during our stay and staff were more than happy to help and coordinate the room. Definitively recommend !

The only thing that we can mention is that sometimes there can be a few flies in the private pool but staff are very quick to clear the pool upon request, nothing to reflect on the hotel at all just a word of warning.

Perfect

I think this is the best accomodation I ever stayed in. Everything regarding facilities it’s perfect but what makes this place amazing is the people. Everytime I was coming back from visiting I felt like I was coming home as they go over the top to make sure you are comfortable . Breakfast is amazing also, they even have some traditional thai dishes. I don’t have enough nice words for this place.

Best place I ever try in Thailand for a couple

Such a beautiful place and beautiful staff ! Villa are insanely big, clean and we got treated so well. Many free beverages, package when you are checking out, bus to go to the beach for free, the breakfast is so furnished and delicious. I really love this place it’s perfect to come as a couple or for honeymoon, it’s intimate and quiet you have your privacy.

Comfortable stay away from the nightlife

- comfortable bed - clean facility - having shuttle one way to beach area was helpful

- I didn’t like that breakfast had to be picked during breakfast the previous day - the location is a 40 min walk from the main beach. Getting a grab was difficult/impossible, so often took a tuk tuk back up the hill. - felt very secluded with no activity in the area at night without paying extra for transportation.

Quiet and perfect stay in AoNang

We really enjoyed the bice pool villa we had. Tha location is very clean and the overall atmoshere is really pleasant. The location is not bear beach, but for us it was more than ok, because it is quiet and away from the busy Ao Nang beach area. Also, they offer free shuttle to the beach all day.

Everything was perfect. As a recommandation, I would say that breakfast is not exceptional compared to other locations, but they try their best.

Amazing private villa with lovely friendly staff

Our villa was lovely, it was so spacious and decorated really nicely! The bed was very comfy and all the amenities in the room were great. The pool was so nice and we really enjoyed having our own private space. It was honestly wonderful. The staff are so kind and helpful. They offer a one way free shuttle to the beach and market which is a plus! A very thoughtful touch is the welcome drink and the leaving snack and drink! Highly recommended

Most beautiful villa in Krabi!

Absolutely beautiful villa, really clean, quiet and peaceful. You will definitely need a scooter to get around but this was the perfect location for us as we wanted some peace and quiet. The hotel manager was super friendly and accommodating. Would go back anytime!

Breakfast was a bit dry and the proportions were tiny but they'll always cook you more food if you just ask. The only thing missing was some chairs or somewhere to sit at your private pool.

Excellent

The villa is so beautiful, cheap and super clean. The room we stayed in is as beautiful as shown in the picture🥰. They provide free shuttle to ao nang everyday which is so convenient! There are few motorbike shops near the villa and the nearest is around 100m walking distance available for rent. We stayed there for more than a night and they give us complimentary coconut of all the additional nights of our stay. They even gave us some sandwiches upon living the villa on our check out. The hospitality here is great and definitely would come again.

Best villa resort in Krabi!

Absolutely everything! The management down to the restaurant staff was pleasant, helpful, and thorough in meeting our needs. My travel partners and I were in good hands for the entirety of our stay. Whenever we needed something, we got it immediately. Our space was also spacious, clean, private, and nicely decorated. Also shoutout to Miss Pam who stayed up till late night to welcome us as we were checking in around 11 pm. It was a tough goodbye leaving this villa! We were given cute packages of sandwiches and fruit juice before leaving for the airport which was a very special touch by the staff.

Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Krabi in the future

The service everywhere from every staff member is excellent and makes you feel welcome (White at the reception, and Jan at breakfast). Breakfast was pretty complete and tasty. It was our honeymoon and The Pin had our room beautifully decorated with flowers, balloons, and a bottle of wine all for free. The pool was excellent temperature and the room had everything we needed. Water is also included.

It was hard for us to decide at what time we wanted breakfast the next day, but they were very flexible with us when we were late and this is not a big deal at all. Didn't like that we had to leave!!!

The hotel itself is beautiful. I had a private pool room and it was simply amazing! Beyond the obviously beautiful hotel the staff are exceptional. I’ve never in all my life received such amazing service and they truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and safe as I was travelling alone. If you are in Krabi this hotel is a must and I simply can’t wait to go back!

Gorgeous boutique hotel, great location and beautiful rooms

This cute boutique hotel was just gorgeous and had a Instagram worthy aesthetic. Beautiful rooms, gorgeous bathrooms and the best part was the pool in the private villa. Everything was perfect - the location was just 3 kms away from Ao Nang beach.

The breakfast spread had mainly Thai options and eggs. But it was still decent and not bad at all.

The private pool and the spacious bathroom. The bed was also very comfortable. In general the room was very beautiful. Breakfast was also very good and the stuff very polite and attentive.

There are a few things for improvement: - The resort brochure advertises that there is a shuttle bus that you can request between 8 am and 8 pm as long as you do that 30 minutes in advance. That is not really the case though; Apparently they can only take you to Ao Nang beach between 10 am to 18.30 pm and not on a Sunday? Although the manager was kind to take us to Ao Nang beach a couple of times, it would be useful to clarify this better in the brochure. The reason for that is the following: - The resort is quite far from everything and it’s not that easy to go to Ao Nang beach. if you don’t have a car or scooter options are taxis (which are quite pricy) and the local buses which come on random times. We managed in the end but this is something to keep in mind. Therefore the shuttle bus is actually a life saver. - the manager is working on this but the private pools would benefit from having some chairs to chill.

Beautiful resort with some inconsistency in staff service quality.

Beautiful resort, good facilities and comfortable room. Very aesthetically pleasing, great pool area, overall a great place with some inconsistency in staff service quality.

On several cases the resort staff promised what would later on not be available, e.g., they offer complementary transportation to the Ao Nang town but in reality it was nonexistent for most of our stay, except for when the manager (?) was present. Also, the organisation of the restaurant/kitchen services were a mess, with inconsistent availability of menu items for dinner, eye-rolling from the head waitress and confusing breakfast time (one day we had to leave at 7:30 and came to eat breakfast, that was supposed to begin at 7:00, but almost nothing was ready). A full self-service buffet arrangement would probably solve this problem.
