Elements Villas

Elements exceeded our expectations. Place was big, airy and very comfortable but the real star was the pool and the view. 5 minutes walk to nearest shops and restaurants and 15 minutes to Pefkos.

Nothing.

Nice view, lovely big private pool, good air conditioning, frequent provision of towels including beach towels, privacy, away from crowds and yet close to supermarkets and restaurants, water in the fridge upon our arrival, direct messaging with the owner and responsiveness to requests and fast problem resolution, car garage for the villa

Ants everywhere, wild goats daily visits to drink from the pool and leaving droppings around the premises, lack of and dirty kitchen equipments and cutlery, poor ventilation of the ground floor bathroom, no housekeeping during the week of our stay

Outside area fantastic everything perfect great space! Pool amazing! Villa perfect.

The villa(we stayed in number 10) is beautifully furnished and has a great outdoor area, a peaceful location and very private. The pool is great and there lots of different areas to sit in the garden. The outdoor bbq with outdoor sink is good to have and the indoor kitchen was well equipped, probably could do with another chopping board and better knife but that’s just a minor detail. Clean towels are provided a couple of times a week and pool is cleaned a couple of days in the week. We loved the peace and quiet, enjoyed seeing the visiting goats (who liked to drink from the pool and eat the grass) and we were happy to walk to Pefkos in the evening for drinks and food. A couple of small supermarkets are approx 10 months walk, and a nice bakery about 20min walk. beaches in this area are sand/shingle and a few rocks to negotiate in the sea, Plakia Beach was probably the easiest in walking distance, about 10 months walk walk or a 2 min drive with parking on the beach, a nice beach bar there and less rocks in the sea.

The property was great, there was nothing that we didn’t like. However the shower in the en-suite bathroom was a bit tricky to use, it is above a huge bath with no screen and you can’t angle it so need to hold shower head, just a minor irritation! You just have to drive to find sandy beaches if you want them!
