Very spacious, bright villa with ocean views and a heated pool!
Spread across 280 square meters of living space are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 1 separate toilet, a main kitchen and a poolside kitchen (both equipped with dishes and cutlery for 15 people, as well as dishwashers), and 1 mini kitchen. Large pool and spacious garden! Various balconies and terraces!

Large, bright rooms with ocean views!
The living room features a fireplace, TV, sofas, Wii and PlayStation, DVD player, books, DVDs, and games. The open kitchen, complete with a kitchen island for cooking together, opens onto a cozy dining area. The shaded loggia also features a covered dining area with a view of the sea. You’ll find plates and silverware in each of the large kitchens, enough for at least 15 people.
Another living area with a kitchen is located by the pool. It features a sleeper sofa and a separate restroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with very comfortable beds.
The master bedroom features a separate bathroom and a walk-in closet.
The large Family Bedroom 1 has its own small, sheltered balcony with morning sun and ocean views, a workspace for laptops with ocean views, a double bed, a dresser, a built-in closet, and a daybed that can comfortably accommodate a child. This room also offers enough space to set up 1–2 cribs.
The slightly smaller family bedroom is furnished with 3 single beds and a built-in closet, offers a sea view, and features a very large rooftop terrace. The two family bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.
On the lower level (pool level), there are two additional bedrooms.
Both bedrooms have a separate bathroom with a bathtub; one also has a walk-in closet, while the other has a small kitchenette—perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee first thing in the morning or tending to a baby without waking “the rest of the family.” This room is also large enough to accommodate 1–3 children sleeping in cribs or on mattresses near their parents.
The pool and BBQ area has a separate kitchen with a large refrigerator (including a freezer), a stove, an oven, and a dishwasher.
All bedrooms have separate air conditioning units.
The pool is very large and the centerpiece of the garden!
It’s an eco-friendly pool that operates without chlorine, eliminating unpleasant odors and stinging eyes!
The underwater bench in the pool is perfect for relaxing on hot summer days. A small non-swimmer area with a water depth of 90 cm ensures fun for the kids, after which the pool gradually gets deeper along a slope.
We’re a very sociable, large family, and this house is perfectly suited for any conceivable combination of family and friends, or families who are friends (even those with lots of kids). We use it ourselves as often as possible and enjoy continuing to improve and beautify this lovely, bright house.
Thanks to the many different large dining areas, both indoors and outdoors, chores on vacation can be shared out easily so they don’t always fall on the same people...! Large families and groups of friends will have unforgettable, wonderful days in this house, which is perfect for such gatherings! Let our photos convince you!
