Le cadre était très apaisant (au sein d’un golf). L’appartement était très bien orienté et bien confortable pour un couple et 2 enfants. Nous avons apprécié profiter des piscines, toboggans, activités sportives et soirées à thème proposés par Port Bourgenay. Nous avons pu visiter les alentours (sables d’olonne, Jard sur mer, la tranche sur mer…). Il y avait beaucoup d’activités différentes possibles.
L’appartement reste petit mais pratique. Il manque un peu de rénovations(baignoire vieillissante, tout petit frigo et congélateur dysfonctionnel, literie serait à changer). Pas de commerces à proximité / il fallait prendre la voiture ou vélo systématiquement pour aller chercher le pain ou faire les courses.

L’appartement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire. L’hôte a tout fait pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. L’emplacement est excellent, très calme et paisible. La plage est grande
