Port Bourgenay (85 vendée) 9 Km from the Sables d'Olonne.
The house is located in the district "Le Bocage" part of the place called "Bourgenay" in Talmont Saint Hilaire. This area is itself located in a quiet and green environment.
The houses have views of the 18-hole golf course and a free swimming pool. This is reserved exclusively for residents of the "Bocage" and is available from 10 June to 11 September. A swimming pool in the "Pierre et Vacances" club is available at an additional cost.
The forest of the domain adjoins the ocean and the port (500m). It is ideal for ballads or jogging. The area is peaceful and family friendly. The 9-hectare estate includes a large lake, two 18-hole golf courses and many activities in the vicinity (tennis, golf, mini golf, surfing, horse riding, zoo, bicycle rental ...) at an additional cost. We are not responsible for these services.
The Veillon beach (1,5 km) is accessible by foot, by bike or by car (free parking).
The restaurants, shops and laundry are located near the lake and the central square. Thalassotherapy center at the sands of olonne, Super U and giant Casino in the vicinity (between 5 and 7 km), The castle of Thalmont St Hilaire at 5 km. The beautiful beach and the town center of Les Sables d'Olonne are 9 km away. The "mine pond" is 1 km away and offers a large selection of crustaceans and fresh fish directly from the producer.
To see the coast in the region: Noirmoutier (1h50), La Rochelle (1h15), Re (2h), Quiberon (3h30), La Trinité sur mer 1h) salt marshes next to, Poitier (2h), Angers and its castle (2h), ...

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréable (avec le soleil en prime).
La maison est conforme à la description. Les literies sont confortables.
Il est possible de tout faire à vélo (plage, commerces de proximité, balades).
Il manquait juste une ou deux planche à découper. Pour le reste, rien à redire.
Le matériel mis à disposition est très complet (bodyboard, raquettes, vélo...).
La première semaine il y avait pas mal de monde à la piscine et beaucoup de matelas et bouées. C'est dommage car cela laisse peu de place aux autres.

Schönes Ferienhaus in gepflegter Anlage "Le Bocage" in Bourgenay. Nahegelegener Pool. Golfplatz, Boulesplatz, Beachvolleyballplatz nicht weit entfernt. Sehr schöner Strand in ca. 1,8 km Entfernung. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für einen aktiven Urlaub in der Region. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.

Habitue des lieux nous avons toujours un réel plaisir à venir dans cette région. Concernant la propriété celle-ci est très bien pour une famille avec 2 ou 4 enfants. Calme et bien équipé. Seul bémol il faudrait un nettoyage complet afin d'enlever toutes les espèces volantes.

Great place to go if you are looking for an active holiday. We played Tennis, Golf, cycling, swimming, Table tennis and walking in the area near the apartment. Bikes were really useful to get our daily Baguette at the local Bakers. Kitchen was a bit small but adequate - weather was good (mid 20's) and people were very friendly. We used the pool most days and it was quiet most of the time. It would also be good for young children (ours are 17 and 19) as there was plenty of activities.
