Private individual rents luxury house located inside the village of Port Bourgenay (Talmont Saint Hilaire 10 km from Les Sables d'Olonne)
Residential area with private parking space and secure gate with code
You are close to shops and 1.5 km from Veillon beach, which you can access via the cycle path, on foot via the coastal path or by the free La Talmondaise shuttle.
You benefit from all the services included on the site (aquatic area, tennis, golf, children's farm, children's club, playground ...) but some are chargeable.

- a private terrace with garden lounge and view of the golf course
- 1 bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds
- 1 large bedroom upstairs with double bed and balcony
- 1 separate toilet with sink on the ground floor
- 1 bathroom upstairs with bath and toilet
- 1 kitchen area open to living room with sofa bed + fully equipped kitchen:
dishwasher - electric oven - electric hob - toaster - coffee maker - fridge - dishes and utensils - TV - vacuum cleaner

We had a superb time at this delightful property. It's very clean and airy inside. Our kids really enjoyed everything there was to do within a short walk from the place; the nearby swimming pool (with slides) was a great attraction. Close by are some lovely seaside towns.
Communications with the owners were excellent.
We'd thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking for a seaside stay in a tranquil location, but with lots to do around.
