House of 45 m² located in a very quiet residence, 300m from the heart of Port Bourgenay village, a stone's throw from the Golf, free access to the aquatic complex, heated swimming pool (from April 25 to September 13)

In a peaceful setting, in a green space, 3 km from Veillon Beach and the Payré estuary (classified natural site), 10 km from La Grande Plage in Les Sables d'Olonne.

- Separate toilets
- Private terrace and complete garden set (table, chairs, parasol), electric griddle, with garden view
