Tricky to find the first night. The lobby is a minimart/tourist shop.

The location was absolutely perfect! You step out of the apartment right into the action. The apartment was beautiful, clean and very spacious. We stayed Thursday-Sunday during a busy weekend and the noise level was manageable. If you are a light sleeper then maybe turn the tv on sleep sounds or music to drown out the light background noise from outside. You enter and exit thru a gift shop, but this is really no issue at all. The host that showed us to our room was very nice and very helpful. We were there with our 5 year old granddaughter and had a wonderful stay and we will recommend to everyone.

We stayed at Royal Route Residence for 7 nights from May 12–19 and had mixed feelings about our experience. The biggest advantage of this property is its excellent location. Situated in the heart of Prague's Old Town, it is within easy walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, cafés, shops, and public transportation. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a week-long stay.

However, there were some significant drawbacks. During our stay, the building was undergoing renovation work, including construction and installation projects. The work started early in the morning—sometimes before 8:00 a.m., including on Saturdays—which made it difficult to rest. What was especially disappointing was that we were not informed about the renovations before our arrival. Had we known, we could have made a more informed decision about our booking. Communication with the host was also frustrating. Responses to our questions were often very slow, sometimes taking more than two days. When issues arise during a stay, timely communication is important, and we felt this was lacking. Overall, the apartment and location were very good, but the undisclosed renovation work and poor communication negatively impacted our experience. With better transparency and more responsive host communication, this could have been a much more enjoyable stay.

Beautifully located with everything within Old Town within easy walking distance. Bars / Cafes / restaurants all in the vicinity. Other desireable locations of the beautiful city also quite convenient to access. All in all the location is the biggest seeling point. Down side ot being so well located is that it is crowded and can get noisy, but that only makes it lively
