Appartamento piccolo ma confortevole,tutto su un unico piano, dotato di tutti gli optional, molto confortevole. 2 scalini all'ingresso ma si può accedere anche lateralmente. Parcheggio interno su ghiaia. Necessaria l'auto per raggiungere Rovigno. Osservare bene le indicazioni pubblicate nelle foto per raggiungerlo. Padrone di casa molto cordiale e premuroso, ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia del suo vino e dei dolcetti, parla solo croato ma ben attrezzato con traduttore simultaneo. Alla partenza ci ha regalato fichi e una appena raccolti 😁

A table in front of the house, ideal for breakfast and coffee in the morning. Sheets and bedding were clean. Hosts very, very, pleasant and friendly. Kitchen is OK, has everything you need for basic cooking.

Property was pretty much dirty. Floor - my kids had totally black feet after 30 minutes of walking in the apartment. A lot of spider nets, dead flies, mosquitoes in lamps (you cannot miss that) corners and behind doors. Toilet bowl was also dirty. No mosquito nets on the windows, you cannot sleep with opened windows. Lost of mosquitoes outside, so you'll have to buy those anti-mosquito sprays :) The boiler for hot water was turned off, so there was no hot water after we came from beach, had to wait for 1 h to get the warm water.
