Google maps basically takes you to a wrong place, you have to follow the host's instructions.

The apartment is very comfortable, with all the equipment for a pleasant stay. There’s a wonderful view of Rovinj and the sea from the terrase. The host, Mrs. Julia is very kind, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Bellavista appartment to everyone.
