Not very clear signs how to find reception on arrival. What looks like reception was closed. And reception is actually at the bar. My room, especially bed and bathroom were full of dead flies and smelling with terrible toxic product (probably to kill them), but then they were not cleaned. Had to open all windows and still could not get rid of this smell till night, which is very bad since I'm allergic to chemical smells. Also found a hair on one of the pillows. Room is very noisy, looks like there's no isolation, so you can hear constantly people slamming doors and the 'beeps' of electronic door code (maybe good idea to make it silent). Bathroom is extremely tiny. Stuff is not replying to messages at Booking.com. Asked about the WIFI code, never received an answer.

Tedious pre check-in process! The hot tub was full of bees and it didn’t heat up. The one room also smelt - not sure why?

Pretty basic, no screens (as in most of our hotels) so mosquitoes visited us during the night, pretty ordinary breakfast, but fine for a hostel-like property.
