María fue una anfitriona excepcional, agradable y eficiente. Nos ayudó y asesoró para hacer rutas de senderismo por la zona, así como para visitar lugares de ocio en la ciudad. También sustituyó un par de cosas que no funcionaban al momento de solicitarlo. La casa estaba totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para vivir: sal, aceite, jabón de cocina, para la lavadora, todo lo necesario para cocinar, papel higiénico de sobra, jabones y kit de aseo ecológico. Owner of the property has prepared good few things that can be used by renters (utensils, spices, safety kit, drop coffee, machine ..Equiped for short and long stay. Prepared for all occasion. Main room very comfortable bed. Great shower. Apartment is on first floor within close distance to tram and buses. Couple of restaurants close by. Near the albufereta beach lovely at night. Overall good stay.
One of the rooms had a fan instaled on the wall no aircon. It was the hottest room in apartment. It's residential area so be prepared for morning noise cleaning not to loud but unavailable . Apartment would need a bit of update but overall OK.

Close to the beach. Some great places to eat. Mainly Spanish community. Great travel links to other areas. Maria (the host) was very welcoming and friendly. Good local amenities.
