The Jacuzzi, Sauna, the stunning scenery from the room, everything was perfect! We came to Norway for the Aurora and we even went on a hunt in Thromso but didn’t see any, and unbelievably we saw Aurora right in front of our apartment here! It made our trip so worthy!
Lights in the living room especially the kitchen can be brighter…it was really hard to see clearly in the kitchen lol

Was absolutely perfect! The views are stunning, everything around it is magnificent. The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures, beautiful, very tidy, really comfortable, perfect to enjoy from a winter staying or a summer visit.
The installations were great as well, like the sauna, and you can dive in the sea as well.
They are also very kind, helpful and attentive! Responding to messages super quick and helping with everything you need
Had the absolute best time staying here, I totally recommend it

It’s such a good experience to stay here. The staff was super nice. We also use the sauna which is the most beautiful sauna I’ve ever seen.

The apartment was stunning with a triple height window overlooking the stunning mountains and fjords- we never got tired of looking at the view. The sauna experience was beyond expectations and definitely one ticked off the bucket list! Staff were exceptional- so helpful and had upgraded our room. We will most definitely be back.

Nice view and comfortable house
Very near to the classic scenic view
When doing Sauna should be careful about rocks in the sea that might hurt legs

Stunning location, incredible stuff, clean accommodations. There was a lot to do on site. Rent paddle board or boats. The sauna to arctic plunge experience was incredible.

The view is amazing and the sauna is even better.
The balconies are easily accessible to by the public. Had multiple people walk onto the balcony to take photos whilst I was in the room. Even had someone try to get into the sauna.
Needs more protection for privacy especially when you are paying premium prices

This place was heaven, from the moment we arrived we were spellbound. The view was spectacular like watching an ever changing nature show. Very comfortable beds, the blankets on the chairs were a nice touch. My wife loved it. Well appointed kitchen. Very friendly staff. Just a fabulous couple of days and one the favourite places we have ever stayed. 100% would stay again in a heartbeat.

This place was out of this world beautiful, the view from our cabin was breathtaking, no words can describe the beauty and serenity
We didn't have a car so it was a little difficult but the people at the hotel were super helpful in finding a solution for us

Amazing location and view. Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful sauna where you can also dip into the ocean. Spacious living areas, bedrooms quite small but think this is typical of the traditional Robuer - if you were using all the beds/travelling with lots of luggage I think it would be quite cramped. Parking outside robuer. Easy to drive/walk to other places to eat. We kayaked with Nordland Outdoor who are based next to the accommodation and it was very good.
Just bear in mind that this is a traditional robuer and is therefore designed practically rather than for luxury - the bedrooms are quite small but we found the living space and decking made up for this. The bedrooms could have done with better blinds and come curtains - it was quite light in the midnights sun

It was beautiful. Quite a small, but well laid out and very stylish unit. It was also positioned well for visiting different parts of Reine. The staff were very helpful & nice.
There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property.

Staff were awesome. The view was great. The accommodations were exactly what we needed and the living area was beautiful. We booked the hot tub one night and the sauna the next - both were excellent. The sauna was the best private sauna with the most incredible views. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s truly a hotel located right in the city center, and the staff are friendly.
The dining room on the second floor feels cozy.
I feel the price is a bit too high, especially since there’s no view at all—the entire view is blocked by a red house.
The bedroom is very small, and most importantly, the houses are built very close together, so I could hear everything from the neighboring units.

The host was very friendly and helpful. We were surprised with a gorgeous sea ciew that was breathtaking!!
We found the sauna too hot to use for the time we paid for. The view was so beautiful!! We were disappointed we couldn’t stay in it longer.

Absolutely amazing property. We drove many hours through the Lofoten Islands, and I don’t think I saw a place I would have rather stayed at. The location and room were unmatched. The Deluxe Studio was very new, modern and functional. And the views from the deck were beautiful and tranquil. I could have sat out on that deck for a week straight. They have all of the amenities you need and “downtown” Reine is just a few minutes drive away with some restaurant options. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely stay here.
Just as constructive criticism, not as a complaint, the deluxe studios are compact, so they can get very hot due to the radiant heating. It would be helpful to have a small paper with instructions on how to adjust the radiant floor temperature to cool down the unit.
Also, there isn’t much privacy if you’re in one of the middle units, with other people sharing the deck and coming in and out, but that didn’t detract from the experience, just an observation.

This was the most amazing place to stay for our trip to the Lofoten islands. Very centrally located, amazing northern lights display and we just couldn't get enough of the amazing view.
Would love to come back some day!

The staff went out of their way to ensure I had a place to store my luggage even though I arrived 2 hours before their opening time at 9am due to taking the ferry from Bodo that arrived at 7am. Exceptional service, friendly and professional, answered and helped with all my queries throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was a bit on the small side, but it was cozy and adequate for two. Very clean and packed full of everything you need during your stay, kitchen had all the utensils so you can cook as well if you have groceries. The hotel can be reached by bus if you get off at the Hamnøy bus stop, then its just a short 3 or 4 minute walk. The best part of the stay was the gorgeous views the chalet afforded us. We had a clear, unobstructed view of the mountains and fjords around us through our balcony, and we even saw the Northern Lights almost every night of our stay here. Lovely and memorable stay.
It would be nice if there was someone on duty at reception during the arrival times of ferries to greet guests, but I understand it might not be feasible to do so during off-peak season. Those thinking of arriving early, please take note that reception is only open between 9am and 9pm!

It’s close to the Hamnoy scenic spot & Reine . Very comfortable bed & has all the pots/pans for cooking .
The door is noisy . Suggest to include curtain at the hall as it gets hot in the day .
