Uncomplicated and comfortable process of booking, information exchange with the responsible owner and arrival. That’s how we like our check In. The owner is very kind and at the same time professional. Everything went smooth. The summer hous(es) have lots of room, are comfortable and clean and easy accessible. Accessibility and location probably are the biggest plus points, as the accommodation is on the main road, between Kallithea, Afytos and Kassandria. This served us a lot, as we traveled around the region frequently. Easy parking, and nice little garden to relax as well. Thank you again!

Kuća je prostrana, klime u sobama, veliko dvorište, ležaljke u dvorištu, pogled na more. Kuća je bila čista i uredna. Imali smo jednu zamenu peškira na pola boravka.Tokom boravka pokvario se klima uređaj i vlasnica je veoma brzo rešila problem, postavljen je novi uređaj. Pešačka udaljenost od centra Afitosa.
Mi smo boravili u kući broj 2. Objektu nedostaje održavanje. Komarnici nisu funkcionalni, u nekim sobama ni roletne. Suva trava u dvorištu. Neki delovi nameštaja su stari (na primer šporet).Kuća nije opremljena za boravak osam osoba (4 stolice u trpezariji, oskudan baštenskii nameštaj). Problemi sa internetom tokom čitavog boravka, gotovo da ga nismo ni imali. Ne postoji staza za pešake od objekta do centra Afitosa, već idete pored glavnog puta, što je izuzetno neprijatno.
Objekat smo mi prvi kontaktirali, kako bismo saznali detalje za check in i check out, što nije uobičajeno. Imali smo dobru komunikaciju sa vlasnicom, neki problemi su rešeni, ali tokom odmora ne očekujete probleme, već prosto želite da uživate.

We were staying at the summer houses for 5 days. It is really close to the center ( about 7 minutes ) so it is at a great location. The house was clean, cozy and big enough. It is also close to the beach. I highly recommend!

Good location, parking inside, comfortable beds. The host is brilliant and helped us to solve all the problems during our stay.
Rather moistly and cold inside, AC works from time to time, although we stayed in November and just for a few days, probably no such problems during the high summer period.
No hooks for towels in the bathroom and no soap-dish. Shower is constructed weirdly that water spoils on the floor.
The front door can be opened only with a key and if you happen to forget the key inside the house while being outside you are in a big trouble (the host solved it very quick indeed)
