Clean, beautiful scenery and amazing facilities. The staff were amazing and helped with everything we needed. Mr leap in particular went over and beyond
Absolutely nothing.

From the moment we arrived and being escorted to our rooms by the wonderful Mon from the Reservations Team, the court yard and entire property was impressive. It was quiet, very clean and the greenery and plants throughout the property felt like stepping into a wellness retreat. Pure bliss. Mon made our stay unforgettable. She was responsive on WhatsApp ensuring everything was prepared for our stay and through out the entire time we were there. She provided the highest quality of service - friendly, accommodating and ensured we received the support at all times. The team were also very friendship and helpful. It was the most incredible and memorable stay for myself and my family.
There’s was nothing to dislike about the property.

Food was expensive and not amazing. But it presentation and experience great.

The staff were very welcoming, as you’d expect. They were ALL great, but Sa Sa was particularly kind.
It’s a long way from downtown. Don’t think about walking in - it’s long and boring. And the WiFi drops out as you move away from the reception area inside the hotel.
