    When I checked on Agoda, it said pets were allowed. But when we arrived at the hotel, the manager shooed us away before we could even go inside. Instead of apologizing, they didn’t even try to talk to us properly. The way they looked at us was very rude, and every time we crossed paths, it was the same reaction. The people at the front desk were kind, but the manager had a very bad attitude
