Platinum Haven Hostel

This place is a bit out of the town center which is why it’s a haven of peace and tranquility.

I stayed at their female dorm. It's the most affordable in town when I book and they provided adequately. Positive: - bed is bigger than normal single bed (but idk if thats the normal single dorm or they upgraded because its low season) - provide water dispenser - wifi works fine - nice location, 5 min walking distance to night market and pub street, its quiet at night, even during the day theres no noise pollution from the street - toilet and bathroom is inside the dorm room, so you only share with your dorm mates, a big plus - they provided towel - i was served by few different persons at the reception counter and they were all very friendly and helpful negative: - please check for bed bugs, i had problems with it and actually even saw one bed bug on my last night there. It could be just my bed idk cuz it seemed like the person next to my bed had no problem - if your bed is at the end of the room, sleeping with your curtain closed might be kinda hot, i had to sleep with the curtain open because i couldnt feel the ac (note that during the day the staffs will come inside to do some cleaning, and during my stay they were all guys) Overall it's a great and affordable option, would recommend

They do not have cleaning personal. Bed sheets not being replaced and cleaned washed. They spray bed with airfreshner. Never seen them changing bed sheets. Friendly staff, good location, but terrible cleaning. Ther is better options.
