The flat itself is quite okay - clean, quiet, convenient location, has all you need

The thing about payment was the most disappointing. You can only pay in cash, because the owner hinself is in Russia (that was something I was surprised and if I new I was supporting russian business in the war time, I wouldn't have never selected this flat). So no receipt is possible. You pay to some lady who is taking care of everything and there is no proof that you paid. Really really dislikeable. On top, you need to pay as you arrive, she didn't agree to wait till tomorrow for example, so we newded to go and look for the ATM after having 2 hours trip. Another inconvenience. Also the lady as she greeted us was kind of polite, but at the same time she was showing the flat, where to find everything as if we were small kinds not capable of usual things. She took quite some time as we already wanted to go out for a dinner

great location, cheap and good for short stays then you don't plant to stay inside for a long time.

a lot of stuff is broken and old. apartment has this old building smell. Also the lady who let us in just chit-chat a lot (maybe some people like to talk a lot or need to be shown where the kitchen is and hear some jokes about how much luggage they bring, but not all :))

inexpensive stay in a good location

The location is really nice. Druskonis lake is just around the corner. As well as couple coffee places. Druskininkai aquapark is easy walkable by foot.

The apartment is not very cozy. The furniture is old and not very comfortable. The yard is really dark at night.
