Titaru House in the city center of Budapest

I would definitely stay here again. Host was really helpful and polite. Really central location. Between being ground floor and strong AC, the place was kept comfortable even during 38° C / 100° F temps during our stay. Note that AC unit is in the master bedroom, so that room was quite cool, main living area room was also cool, but 2nd bedroom did not benefit as much based on the layout. 2nd bedroom has a ceiling fan. Several nespresso pods and some herbal tea were provided as a starter supply. Toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and two electric range hobs. A few pots/pans. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and sugar cubes. Prima market a couple doors down at the corner was quite handy for groceries. Tesco, Lidl, and Spar within a couple blocks.

2nd bedroom beds were a bit thin, pillows need renewing. The room was somewhat isolated from the AC unit so didn't benefit as much, but as mentioned above still managed to stay a fairly comfortable temperature even during 38° C / 100° F temps. There is only one set of keys. There are security bars fixed over the windows, so there is only one way in/out of the apartment in an emergency. (This would be considered a fire hazard code violation in the USA but not sure of rules in Hungary).

Location was central to everything while being quiet. Daniel met us with the keys and introduced us to the property. He even made a dinner booking for us that night (which was delicious). The property was clean and spacious and easy to get in and out of.

It was well located, on the ground floor and provided everything we needed for our stay.

A bit noisy at night. It would have been good to have black-out blinds on the bedroom window. There was a bright light in the courtyard at night which shone in when you were sleeping.
