A really nice apartment but could be better with some very simple fixes.

Nice quiet building with friendly residents. Pool area clean and quiet. Handy shop very close by. Really good views all day. Really handy kitchen unit. Big fridge freezer. Spacious living area. Washing machine worked well with a good clothes drying frame. Plenty of storage. Very friendly and helpful customer service whenever I had an issue.

The electrical supply was an issue. Almost daily the fuses were blown if too many appliances were used e.g. air con, hob and kettle on at once. Seems like a breaker with higher capacity would solve this. Occasional sewer smell from bathroom. Dishwasher was difficult to work but that may have been my own fault. The air con seemed to be all or nothing and made the room very cold much colder than the temperature setting. There were very few consumables provided. I understand perishable food items but needing to buy laundry detergent, dish soap, salt etc seems excessive for a one week stay. There were no dish towels either.

Fantastic sea view

Beautiful sea view from the living room. Watching the Sunrise and sunset. Near Bonanza square and super market. The Pool was good size and quiet. The apartment block was very clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable.5 mins walk to beach and taxi rank. Very steep hill going back. Near MAS shopping market in Bonanza square. 10 mins walk to the park. Lovely Italian restaurant Milan near Park.

Just a few small details. Couch could do with a cleaning. Cushions were stained. The table needs to be painted or even a table cloth. The corner chair cushions are falling apart. Not enough toilet rolls so had to buy some. No tea towel. Didn't use dish washer. We have stayed in Benalmádena 10 times now and this apartment was the most expensive. Normally the apartment would have extras. Yes there was one dishwasher tablet. Washing powder for one wash. Half a kitchen roll. Shower gel sachets. Apartment next door smoking weed every evening very strong smell. The door of the apartment needs to be replaced. A big gap at the top. Looks like locks were replaced a few times .no mirror in second bedroom. A long mirror would be great in both rooms. Air conditioning loud but it worked. A little updating would give this apartment 10 out of 10. We still enjoyed our stay and loved the view which sells this apartment.

Lovely apartment offering excellent views

Clean and .modern apartment with 2 balcony's offering excellent views , key fob entry for the pool area with a lifeguard on site , supermarket at the front , hosts were very helpful we got there earlier than stated check in time and we were able to get in the room , entry is key on the main front door , code/and smart key for the room door all worked fine , 15 minutes walk from the marina and beach with plenty of bars _ restaurants nearby , we will definitely be back!

Great stay

Great modern apartment with beautiful views, the pool area was spacious with lovely plants. Brilliant kitchen with quality kitchenware ie glasses pans etc. WiFi was good, smart t.v which was oready logged into Netflix. Shop located underneath the apartment. Great place to stay, benalmadena itself was a lovely town the marina is fantastic. Great communication regarding keys etc. silvia who we met was lovely. 👍👍👍

The apartment was up quite a steep hill, but I'd still stay here again, taxis are cheap enough when the heat is just too much.

Fantastic place in a great location

it was quiet, clean and so close to Arroyo for the Spanish restaurants and and bars as well as being a short walk to the Mercadona and MAS supermarkets, Maracas Beach and Paloma Park.

The only niggle was having to buy bin bags as only two supplied by the owners and as a family we had lots of trips to the main bin with recyclables.

Overall our stay was very good , a few days in the sun to boost the energy levels

The apartment is superb and certainly lives up to the photographs and description . It was comfortable and the views were stunning , Apartment building was very quiet , and the grounds were very well maintained .

The handover of the keys could have been better , would have been nice to have been given instructions on how to operate the appliances in the apartment , I.E. Dishwasher , washer and Air con units . Also we had trouble getting into the apartment later that evening , but on having telephoned we were told to turn the key and pull the door towards us and it should open , a simple thing that should have been explained . Felt that it would have been a nice gesture to have been given a small welcome package of provisions on arrival , for example , water, tea bags ,coffee and milk to save having to rush out to the supermarket .

The property was excellent. Great facilities clean & modern and the pool and outside gardens were excellent too. Would recommend this property and would stay there again.

The agent employed to ensure you had the keys was disappointing. We hadn’t been given the full address only Two Rooms & name of the street & taxi dropped us off at wrong apartments We rang Stephanie for correct address & for the keys & eventually given address & told to wait in reception of apartments & the cleaner would give them to us as she was still cleaning them - it was after 3pm! Perhaps key collection & correct address of apartments would greatly improve matters. However the appartment is lovely & I would stay again
