The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a villa and is accessible strictly by stairs. There is no elevator,making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility or difficulty climbing stairs.
The villa has a single main entrance gate shared with the owners, who live on the ground floor. The apartment itself is entirely self-contained and private.
