Better to improve Geyser to avoid waiting time between person to take bath since taking 15 ~20 min for the next person to step in.

The rooms are clean and offered with all inroom facilities like toiletries and towels. Staff are courteous and welcoming. Nice location and happy they provided complimentary camp fire.

Food is not available inside and you have to order from outside to dine in the hotel.

It’s okay, considering what you’re paying for. Since it was a last-minute booking and I couldn’t find anything better, I went ahead with whatever was still available on Booking.com. That said, the staff were very polite, and the property was reasonably clean.

The geyser was honestly a very disappointing experience. Since August mornings in Ooty are quite cold, having a properly functioning geyser should be a basic necessity. The water would run out after barely half a bath, and then we had to wait another 45 minutes to an hour for it to heat up again. This was extremely inconvenient, especially in the cold Ooty weather. For the price being charged, I definitely expected better facilities and a more reliable hot-water supply.
