Localização excelente.
Não sei se era a cama ou o chão de madeira antigo mas durante a noite quanto alguém se mexia fazia muito barulho e eu dormi muito mal todas as noites. De qualquer maneira sobre este ponto a proprietária se colocou a disposição para arrumar.. mas não tive tempo para recebê-la. Além disso o apartamento poderia estar mais limpo, estava com bastante poeira, talvez devido a obra da frente.

Es war ruhig.
Möbel waren exterm alt und schäbig. Besonders die Küche. Kühlschrank war mit schrauben repariert. Küchenschränke extem unapetitlich und alt. Bilder zeigen nicht den wahren zustand der Wohnung. Möbel sind zum Teil nicht vorhanden und gegen alte ausgetauscht.
