La casa si trova sulle colline liguri, quindi lontani dal caos del lungomare, beneficiando altresì delle temperature un po' più fresche la sera. Per spostarsi bisogna usare l'auto, ma non pesa assolutamente sull'esperienza totale del soggiorno. La casa è inoltre molto accogliente e tenuta in maniera impeccabile da Nadia e Giuseppe, i proprietari che vivono al pian terreno, due persone squisite e premurose. C'è tutto quello che serve, oltre a giochi all'esterno per i bambini e spazio per portare il proprio animale.
