Great location! Right out the door, you can start hiking towards Schrammsteine or other spots—there are plenty of trails around. Bus and train stops are just a few dozen meters away. Upon paying the city tax (or something similar) during check-in, we received a national park visitor card that gave us free use of all public transport. This was fantastic, as I could just leave the car parked and not worry about driving. The cabin has everything you might need, including all the kitchen tools and dishes to cook your own meals. There’s also a small outdoor grill if you want to cook outside and sit around.

No real downsides, just a small suggestion for the owner: in cabin #1, it would be great to add small shelves by the beds for phones, glasses, and other small items before going to sleep.

The accommodation was comfortable and absolutely clean. The owner, Arsen, is very kind and helpful. The location is perfect – it's on hiking trails and close to public transport.

The parking space is small, but I learned how to park there. :-)

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal hier. Sehr netter Vermieter, schön eingerichtete Unterkunft. Lage perfekt zum Loswandern und Haltestelle Wanderbus/Kirnitzschtalbahn direkt um die Ecke. Nur zum Supermarkt zu Fuß ein Stückchen zu laufen, hat uns aber nicht gestört.
