Tolle ruhige Lage am Park. Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum, zum Bus und der Kirnitzschtalbahn. Wohnung ist gut geschnitten.
Die Küche hat nur das Minimum an Geschirr. Die Mini-Spülmaschine ist nicht zweckmäßig und wir haben lieber mit der Hand gespült.

Zentral am Park und Kirnitzschbahn.
Lichtverhältnisse (nur eine mittelm. Lichtquelle über Spiegel) im Bad zum Rasieren, Schminken und Fönen nicht ausreichend. Alle Reißverschlüsse der Bettwäsche waren kaputt, somit nicht schließbar. Ein Lüfter/Ventilator bei den hohen Temperaturen währe schön.

the small dishwasher in the kitchen had a bit trouble to properly clean everything. but still better than doing everything by hand i guess

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig direkt am Kurpark, ist aber durch die Nähe am Stadtzentrum optimal gelegen. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der Bushaltestellte oder an der Haltestelle der historischen Straßenbahn im Kirnitschtal.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist doch inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sofas waren nicht mehr bequem. Die Besteckschublade war etwas spartanisch ausgestattet.
