Beautiful apartment, centrally located and within walking distance of all major amenities.

Perfect location to the centre. We were right beside the Hofer, this made walking to pick up food very easy. The apartment was clean and beautiful.

Nice time in Tolmin

The flat is quite spacious, clean and well located in the village. It was easy to park for free close by. There is a bakery at the groundfloor and restaurants and grocery shops close by.

The building is next to the main road and given the glass, it can get noisy sometimes.

Only for 2-3 nights without children

The apartment is at great location, in the center of Tolmin (which is a small town with only 3.500 residents). Everything is near: supermarkets, restaurants & cafes, playground & sport park, etc. We were on a roadtrip with our 17 month kid and the host was helpful to get a high chair and a cot for our stay. 🅿️ Parking with car is easy. Unfortunately, there are only the pros that I could give.

It seems that it was an office or something before. The paint on the wall and the hole apartment seems a bit dirty and settled down. The kitchen is not so well-equiped (there is NO MICROWAVE OVEN), dishes are old and used. At the top of the main corridor's wall there are small window fillings under the ceiling. So if you switch on light at night it goes in every room. It made hard to letting our baby sleep. Skylight windows are dirty and you can't cover them WiFi comes from another apartments (so actually there is NO WIFI) so the signal is week and no bandwidth (it's unusable). There is a bakery next to the apartment so you can smell the fragrance of the fresh baked breads almost all day long 24/7. Another odor comes from he sewer system: we woke up with sewer smell every morning and it got worse when the weather was rainy. Selective waste collection is mandatory in Slovenia but there was only 1 thrash bin in the apartment. It's a cheap accomodation in Tolmin but you can see why. It only worths the price if you go to a festival or making outdoor activities and you want to use the apartment for sleeping only at night. I don't recommend it with children.

It happened. Double booking :(

It happened. After so many years of using Booking.com, I came across double booking. There is a huge annual music festival in Tolmin and in a small town of 3000 people about 15000 tourists arrive. This is exactly why I booked 6 nights at this place at least six months in advance. I paid for the stay a week before it. Suddenly, four days before my check-in (three days before my departure, as I have about 1000 km to get there) I get a message from the owner saying she's sorry, but the place was booked by someone else "a year ago, but she forgot to write down." After contacting booking.com support, the owner was forced to find an alternative place to stay. It wasn't even in the same town, but 2 km away, but unfortunately it was already too late and I simply had no choice. At first, the owner of the place I had originally booked was not very enthusiastic about helping me find an alternative place to stay, but I think booking.com support changed it. She gave me the contact of another place, assuring me that the place is booked for me, I just need to contact them, but after my call there it turned out that nothing was booked, nothing was paid, just someone called and asked if there was any room left. It was a room, not apartment, no AC, no fridge. The owner finally cooperated anyway, found some other alternative place to have a place to spend the night during these 6 days. It was about 3 km from the reserved place, on a steep incline, so you can imagine how "fun" it was in the evening at midnight, after the concerts and drinking, how much fun it was to walk back to this place. The new place didn't have air conditioning, but at least the owners were extremely nice people and managed to fix my bad mood about this whole reservation thing. I hope this never happens to me again because it was my worst experience booking from here.

Pleasant

Location was great.

Apartment wasn't very clean, a lot of dust and spider webs. There was no shower curtain, and TV remote was missing so having TV there was useless.

Excellent, very spacious and functional apartment well situated and fully equipped. Highly recommended for an extended stay. There is all you need for you to be comfortable and it can host comfortably 4 peoples

Everything is perfect at Hisa2. If you come to Tolmin, don't hesitate to stay here. It is the best place in Tolmin.

Functional apartment in a great location with absolutely everything that you would need.

Host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Apartment is not glamorous, but it really has everything you need. Internet was strong and stable. Hot water was excellent. Kitchen fully equipped. Lots of space. Large balcony. Easy parking outside. Perfect location in the center of town. The coffee maker is a bialetti / mocha, so bring ground coffee with you ;)

Everything. There was clean and comfortable, the owners are kind, helpful people. Recomend it!

The only little minus is lack of washing machine. Also maybe the local tax should be updated (2 euro/persob/night), and included in whole price?

Alloggio posizionato in centro paese, ottimamente fornito quanto ad elettrodomestici e dotazioni. Confortevole e silenzioso. Disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze. Supermercati e negozi nelle vicinanze. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima soluzione per visitare la zona del Carso sloveno.

Oké, voor een kort verblijf

Het appartement was ruim genoeg. Het is goed gelegen, in het centrum van Tolmin. Parkeergelegenheid genoeg op de parking naast het appartement.

Er was nogal veel stuk of aan herstelling toe. Het is wat verouderd en kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

Sauberes, gut eingerichtetes Apartment in zentraler Lage. Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Bäcker im Haus und Café-Bar mit schönem Gastgarten gegenüber. Restaurant und Pizzeria in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da wir mit dem Motorrad angereist sind war das Apartment ideal. Schlüsselübergabe mittels Tresor neben Haustüre hat ebenfalls super funktioniert. Vermieterin war verreist war aber immer für Auskünfte erreichbar.
