Bosphorus Hotel Al Salam

The proximity to the Masjid Nabawi which is a short walk away. The housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and kind. The front desk staff accommodated my disability and provided me with a first floor room, made bookings for my nephew an ordered me supper. I enjoyed my one week stay.

At times it was hard to communicate with the front desk as they were not fluent in the English language but still helpful alhamdulilah specially Manar.

They won me over when they sent me a chat telling me they were expecting me. I told them I was already in Medina but will be at the mosque till checking in time which was 4pm and it was 9am. They sent me the hotel address and said they will check me in at no extra cost and they did just that. Very clean, very warm staff, no odd smell in the corridors, rooms are very spacious and it’s just outside gate 322. I look forward to staying there on my next visit In Shaa Allah
