Absolutely gorgeous, with wonderful hosts!

Loved the turtles and in general how cute the place was. It made Florence that much prettier! Public transit was close by, but we always walked as it isn’t too far from everything. Very convenient laundromat nearby. Cleaned room everyday. Fridge available to store perishables, but no cooking allowed in the kitchen (not advertised as having a kitchen, so this was completely understandable). Hosts were super friendly and helpful! Would love to have stayed here longer.

Water takes a few minutes to get hot so have to start showers ahead of time. No screen on the window, so mosquitoes can get in if you want to cool the room off at night. Google Maps brought us to the wrong location originally. If you see 52A, go down a couple more doors!! (Not the property’s fault whatsoever, just want to help the next person.)

Warm Hospitality and a Perfect Stay in Beautiful Florence

A spectacular place to visit Florence, comfortable, spacious, and very clean, but above all, the attention we received from the hosts, Anna and Felice, was incredibly kind and helpful. The place is very close to the tram station that takes you to the city center, although it’s also an easy walk. It’s located in a very beautiful area of Florence. 100% recommended.

Very spacious room & bathroom. Beautifully decorated with a lot of storage. Comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean & with a lot of amenities. The owners were great! They responded quickly to any message that we sent & they’re checking if we felt comfortable. The property has a nice small backyard. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much & we definitely consider to stay there again when we’ll visit Florence.

The only thing that we would have liked it would have been if they offered breakfast even a small continental one, but besides that, everything was great.

Not meet expetations totally

I think room was nice and comfortable, good in size. All clean and tidy. Bathroom was nice as well. It is equipped with aircondition so that was crucial this warm July 2023. Near the house you can find very nice park and since apartment is on the edge of the city you can walk to the picturesque small villages that is Toscana for me.

I did not like kitchen in the B&B setting. It was not equipped at all. You could find there just microwave and very small fridge that is useless. So you are basically renting just room. Maybe I did not read description well, but I was suprised. Regarding location, I think it was long walk from the city center. It was very warm and we needed to come back from the city around noon and then go again in the evening. If you are using tram, it is 1.5eur per person in one direction. So we used 18 eur per day and 2 hours on this commute. If you would walk then it is 10km just to go to the center and back. Althouh walk in the evening is very nice and pleasant. You are passing some very nice and interesting restaurants and coffee shops.

Excellent, clean, convenient, and cool!

Nice owners, clean, spacious, convenient room on the ground floor. Stayed during summer heat wave and the in-room air conditioning saved us from expiring! Bath was clean & in great condition! Location is a 10-15 min tram or bus to Florence sights. Restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores all within 5 min walk. We will stay here again.

A good place to stay, not far from the city center.

The location was great not too far from city center (29 mins by walking). The check in was smooth. The room was comfortable and spacious.

The toilet amenities were not all present, for example shower gel should have be provided.

Had an amazing stay

We liked the good location next to the train station which was convenient with going to Cinque Terre. Also, the staff was nice, and the place had a lot of thoughtful touches. The bed is comfy.

The neighborhood mostly, but it's not really up to the host. In addition, the isolation of sounds is not that good since the room is within an apartment complex, which means you'll hear anyone coming in the complex.

The staff was friendly, but it's good to know some italian, otherwise communication might have been a problem. The room was big and comfortable. The location is ok, city center is a 1/2 hour walk.

There's a kitchen available to use, but not allowed to cook (only in microwave. Which is ok for a short stay, but it would be nice to have more utensils an basic stuff (plates, glasses) available to use.
