Position, design of the room
Bathroom with many structural problems.
Sometime no hot water run very fast

A charming boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. The room was spacious, with a view of the port. It was amongst the hustle and bustle but very quiet inside. We couldn’t hear any street noise. The staff were all lovely and went out of their way to be helpful
We liked everything, however if you have mobility issues there’s no elevator

A very charming room with high ceilings, a comfortable bed, a beautiful view from the window, and a perfect location right in the heart of the old town. The air conditioner worked perfectly, making our stay even more comfortable.
The shower lets water run onto the floor, which makes it wet and a bit slippery. The coffee machine and the safe were also not working properly.

Perfect location, right in the heart of Old Town by the harbour. The room was cute and nicely styled just quite stuffy but we were only there for two nights so wasn't a big deal as we were out for most of the day. Just be mindful taxis can't drop you to the doorstep so you might have to pull heavy luggage around for 5-10 minutes.
There was no-one in reception when we arrived and hadn't received any instructions on how to get the key, but we went to the bar next door and someone got the keys for us. So was fine but some instructions would of course have been helpful. Other than that when we did meet the staff, they were lovely.
