A very charming boutique hotel in the centre of the old town. Stylish, spacious, and lovely staff

A charming boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. The room was spacious, with a view of the port. It was amongst the hustle and bustle but very quiet inside. We couldn’t hear any street noise. The staff were all lovely and went out of their way to be helpful

We liked everything, however if you have mobility issues there’s no elevator

A very charming room with high ceilings, a comfortable bed, a beautiful view from the window, and a perfect location right in the heart of the old town. The air conditioner worked perfectly, making our stay even more comfortable.

The shower lets water run onto the floor, which makes it wet and a bit slippery. The coffee machine and the safe were also not working properly.

Perfect location for a two-night stay.

Perfect location, right in the heart of Old Town by the harbour. The room was cute and nicely styled just quite stuffy but we were only there for two nights so wasn't a big deal as we were out for most of the day. Just be mindful taxis can't drop you to the doorstep so you might have to pull heavy luggage around for 5-10 minutes.

There was no-one in reception when we arrived and hadn't received any instructions on how to get the key, but we went to the bar next door and someone got the keys for us. So was fine but some instructions would of course have been helpful. Other than that when we did meet the staff, they were lovely.

The location was very near the Chania Venetian Harbour, and walking distance to the bus station, to many restaurants and shops. It was a beautifully renovated picturesque boutique hotel very centrally located on a quaint alley in the Old Town. The owner and staff were more than helpful and friendly.

This comment applies to any hotel in the area- the Old Town can be quite noisy past midnight making it difficult to sleep if windows are open.

Great location, comfortable room

We had a nice, airy double room with en suite. The bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent for accessing Chania waterfront and centre, with many restaurants, bars and shops being convenient. We had our own key to the front door so could come and go as we liked.

The hotel was locked when we arrived, even though we had specified our arrival time ( mid afternoon) and we had to telephone for someone to let us in. No maid service on the third day so towels not changed, coffee not replenished. The door leading to the balcony would not open so we were unable to sit out.

The bedding was a size smaller than the mattress so it kept getting pulled up during sleep which made for slight discomfort. Other than that, the stay was exceptional.

Central location and very clean, well designed small room. They were able to fix the hot water problem within the hour. Comfortable beds. They allowed us to check in 50 min early.

Noise from the restaurants below. Booked for 2 but received only 1 pair of slippers. The room is small with a bit of space on the right side to move between the wall and the bed.

Lovely host and a room and location that exceeded our expectations

The host Maria is lovely! She was very welcoming and recommended amazing beaches and restaurants! The room was much bigger than we expected and the bed was probably one of the comfiest beds I've slept in. The building itself if beautiful and has a lot of character while still being modern and updated! The location was probably one of the best thing about the hotel! You walk out the door and you find yourself in the very centre of Chania, close to all restaurants, shops and bars.

There wasn't anything in particular that we didn't like. Perhaps the only thing missing was a drying rack in the room which made drying our towels and bikinis a bit trickier. Keep in mind that there is no elevator if that is something you require, we were happy to take the stairs.

Quiet, lovely, close to port

Our rooms had views of the port, and the beds were heavenly. Maria in reception was sweet, helpful and very patient with our many questions and requests. (Thank you, Maria!) The rooms were lovely, with views of port and huge comfortable beds. Despite being located in centre of tourist district, the hotel is quiet and tranquil.

Being in the very heart of the old city, it is located in an area overwhelmed with tourists in August.
