The landlady is very friendly. The room has a great layout, complete with furniture, a stove, and all necessary appliances. There is a small elevator, and the location is very convenient—right outside is a riverside bus stop with direct lines to the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre
1. Train arrival tip: 2 stops from the station. Too far to walk with luggage; take a bus instead.
2. The landlady is very sweet, but Booking customer service is awful. Better to message her directly on WhatsApp.

The price of the breakfast is included, but only gave us (two people for 7 mornings) a carton of milk of 1L for cereals. I suggest the landlord give the other option for breakfast non-included.
