Our stay was amazing. The hotel staff were very nice and kind. Both our check-in and check-out were very fast. The room was small, as is typical for this type of hotel, but it was fine. The bed was big and comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too large and stiff for our liking, so we didn’t use them. There was no AC in the room, but it wasn’t hot at all. The surroundings were good, clean and quiet. We stayed during the European Cup, and I want to highlight that even when we left for the airport late at night, the area felt very safe! The location is one of the best you can get, very close to the city center. We walked to the Eiffel Tower on our first day, and it took only about 15 minutes till the first landmark on our way. Gare de Lyon station (for metro and trains) is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and several bus stops are also nearby, depending on your destination. For example, on our third day we went to Disneyland, and it took us only about 35–40 minutes to get there from the hotel. So, the location is truly excellent. Breakfast is available at the hotel, but we didn’t order it. However, there is coffee and croissants provided for about 7 euros (if I’m not mistaken). We preferred eating at the nice places around the hotel, there’s something for everyone in the area!

Close to Gare de Lyon, walkable in less than 10 min, felt like a safe area, close to grocery stores, close to bus stops

Had to leave room key at desk when you leave the room. Shower was not so great. No air conditioner

Good location for early train the next day, decent price for central Paris, pleasant staff

Everything was quite squeezed in - bedroom had just enough space to walk either side of the bed, bathroom had very limited room to manoeuvre, stairs were not the easiest with luggage.
