"The rooms were clean and modern, newly renovated and very tasteful. Kitchen was well equipped and there were basics there like coffee, washing up liquid, towels etc which made it very comfortable."

Отличная просторная квартира! Вся бытовая техника. Расположение - рядом со старым городом, не очень далеко от пляжа. Хозяин разрешил заезд и выезд раньше и соответственно позже положенного времени, за что большое спасибо! И самое главное: отличный кондиционер, который не был указан в бронировании (был чудесный бонус).
На террасу не выходили, похоже там не убирают. Квартира немного темновата, но после яркого моря - это нормально воспринимается.

ממליצה בחום, המיקום היה נהדר, הדירה מרווחת, נקיה, יפה וממוקמת כ 6 דקות הליכה לעיר העתיקה בניס, לרכבת ולקווי האוטובוס. יש סופר מתחת לבית. הבית מאובזר עד הפריט האחרון, שמן זית, בלסמי, מלח, תבלינים, מכונת כביסה וטבליות למכונת כביסה. הצוות היה זמין ואדיב הכניסו אותנו לדירה לפני הזמן, בשעה 11:00, הדירה התפנתה והם הסכימו באדיבות. ביום האחרון שמנו את המזוודות בסוכנות שלהם. האנגלית שלהם מעולה והתקשורת הייתה מעל המצופה. ממליצה בחום. קבלנו תמורה הולמת למחיר.

It was very easy to reach to location, communication with the host was very comfortable. The house was very clean and things like olive oil and coffee were left for us to use.
The only disadvantage was that there was no dishwasher.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of the old town. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The outdoor space is a bonus for an apartment in the town.
