Very good location overlooking the canal and very quiet. Just a short walk into town along the canal towpath and city walls.

Lovely friendly hosts who couldn’t do enough for you, clean and had everything you needed even 2 seats at the window with a little table, nice touch, informative as to most direct route to centre of Keswick, not to far away. Fantastic breakfast excellent value for money.

Great stay, called as I was ahead of schedule and managed to check in early! Sarah is very friendly, bed is so comfortable i didnt want to leave it and the breakfast is amazing (food + views). Will be back soon⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
