Ideal for golfers.

The accommodation is comfortable and clean. Close to the Clubhouse. Nice restaurants in town.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Very friendly and efficient. One on our party had a nose bleed during the night and some of the bedding got blood on it. We reported it to reception and they took care of it no problem and no penalties. Lodges are next to the golf club so we have everything we needed. Friday night there was entertainment at the club. Food was very good and reasonably priced. The lodges were absolutely fantastic with everything you need.

Furniture on stoep not clean, just shoved together in the corner. No coffee or milk available on arrival, would have been nice. Nobody at reception to hand over keys, waited a long time at the bar (filled with rowdy intoxicated men) for them to find someone to help me. The outside glass door stood open,had no key for that door, was afraid someone might close/lock it then I had no access to the flat?

Lovely apartment with a view

When I made the booking, it seemed as if we will be getting an upstairs apartment. To our surprise, we got a stunning downstairs apartment, with sliding doors opening on the golf course.

A comfortable and well-equipped lodge with a good location for golfers.

The lodge is perfectly located right next to the clubhouse. The well-equipped estate gym has a comprehensive offer at R70pp. The course was enjoyable with a few impressive and challenging holes. The vast bird life along with a healthy family of springbok and bontebok added to the sense of it being a country estate.

The lodge is rather dated and needs an upgrade to position it as luxurious.

The estate is beautiful and offers lots of entertainment even during a busy holiday season one was able to enjoy facilities without any hassles.

Sadly the bed/s was not comfortable. Furthermore the accommodation is advertised as 1 double bed but it was 2 single beds placed together and the mattresses definitely need replacing as one rolled to one side constantly. As this was a honeymoon, the beds was very disappointing. A request was made for assistance with setting up the room for the couple and the request could not be accommodated even just for a bottle of champagne. This was sad that the extra mile could not be taken and the couple was only informed on the day of their wedding even though the request had been made 2 days earlier.

The location is beautiful. The security is very good

The staff at the reception is unfriendly. The lady did not even introduce herself to us. She didn't give us any information. On our second day we realized that the unit that we occupied was not cleaned. We asked for the cleaning service and the lady told us that we have to pay R350 for that. We agreed that we would pay and she promised to send someone to clean. When we came back from our visit we found the unit as we left it, not cleaned, towels not replaced, toilet paper not replaced. It was a disappointment as we never expected such an upmarket estate to render such service.

That we we first given keys to a room that was not cleaned. Given another afterwards. Drains in kitchen and bathroom blocked. No telephone in room to contact staff. Cleaning not included in price.
