Interesting place with a lot of offerings. We spent 3 nights in the Suite. The room was very spacious and stylish. The bathroom was amazing: big, clean, 2 taps, 2 mirrors. We've used the pool every day, and it felt very refreshing. The car park has a roof, which is very good in such heat when we visited.

During the night the wooden ceiling started crackling and knocking, like someone would have walked on the roof. At first we thought it was the temperature difference, but it lasted all night long. As the noise was audible the whole night we thought it should be an animal, but the staff checked and there was no space where it could get above the ceiling. If you are tired, possibly it's not a big deal, but our nights were not peaceful. The location is nice, but you can only go anywhere else by car.

Pro nás to bylo dokonalé ubytování ve staré vile, která byla přestavěna na apartmány. Ty jsou i v největších vedrech chráněny stromy, prostornou krytou terasou a samozřejmě klimatizací a okenicemi. K dispozici je nádherný velký bazén. Musime velmi pochválit personál, který si nás za pouhý týden dokázal natolik ziskat, že se nám po nich bude stýskat. Součástí areálu je i malé dětské hřiště, bazén pro psy a vynikající restaurace Le Radici. 1km od ubytování je krásné staré městečko Campiglia Maritima, které si udržuje svůj italský šarm aniž by byl přetížen turistickým ruchem. Od nejbližší pláže je to autem 15 min. Praktická poznámka: ubytování je bez “pokojových služeb “. Ručníky se nevyměňují, ale je k dispozici pračka. Každý apartmán zodpovídá i za vynášení smetí. K dispozici na apartmánu bylo koště, mop, kýbl, žehlička, lavor, fén a dostatečné množství ručníků. Do začátku i malý saponát a toal. Papír. Cokoliv vám dojde si musíte dokoupit sami.

Appartamento spazioso ed ombreggiato con un bel portico dove cenare in tranquillità. Posizione tranquilla ed a circa 20 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia di S. Vincenzo. Passeggiate serali per le stradine della tenuta, tutte molto curate con fiori e piante. Piscina con copertura molto utile nei giorni ventosi e lettini con ombrelloni assegnati per ciascun appartamento. Colazione con torte fatte in casa e possibilità di avere uova strapazzate fatte al momento. Presente anche la parte salata per la colazione. Tutto lo staff veramente molto competente a disponibile alle richieste.

La struttura è molto bella, la piscina e la spa super. Un posto in mezzo al verde con tutti i servizi.
