W miesiącach letnich przydałaby się klimatyzacja, ale mimo to po zaciemnieniu przy 32 stopniach na zewnątrz nie było najgorzej. Chyba nie doczytalam, że to 4 pietro bez windy...

Świetna lokalizacja bardzo blisko rynku. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone we wszystko, co jest potrzebne na wyjeździe. Nosi ślady użytkowania, ale to normalne w tego typu lokalach. Telewizja w każdym pokoju (sporo kanałów), świetnie działający internet i bardzo wygodne łóżka. Bezpłatny parking pod blokiem.

Stan ogólny mieszkania. Mieszkanie zmęczone i nadaje się do odświeżenia. Mieszkanie nie nadaje się na pobyt z małymi dziećmi. Listwa łącząca kuchnie z salonem wypadała przy każdym dotyku. Nie dało się otworzyć szafy przesuwnej, bez użycia większej siły, lustra popękane, poodklejane tapety. Deska przy sedesie źle przymocowana. Jakość sprzętów podręcznych tj. żelazko, czajnik i suszarka do włosów jest bardzo słaba. Jest po prostu na stanie.
