Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, ładne duże mieszkanie w przyjemnej dzielnicy, garaż, sposób urządzenia mieszkania
Mieszkanie nie było porządnie posprzątane -było powierzchownie ogarnięte, a w mniej eksponowanych miejscach były warstwy kurzu.

Ciekawy wystrój, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Doskonałe instrukcje meldowania. Wygodny parking.
To co miało grać na plus, czyli ciekawy wystrój, niestety działa na minus: mnóstwo kurzołapek sprawia, że w mieszkaniu jest dość brudno. Tam, gdzie gość patrzy jest czysto, ale w kątach i na dekoracjach leży kurz. Łazience przydałby się remont. Sufity w pokojach i kuchni mają jakieś purchle i ślady zalania. Absolutnie nie polecam dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi. Schody są niezabezpieczone barierką i maluch do lat 5 może spaść. Uwaga: jest to poddasze bez klimatyzacji. Warto mieć to na uwadze wynajmując latem.
