Ciekawy, niebanalny wystrój, generalnie bogate wyposażenie - duży stół w salonie, wygodna sofa, pralka, zmywarka, ekspres do kawy i dobra kawa, wygodne łóżko, internet wi-fi, dobry kontakt z właścicielem, blisko centrum, miejsce parkingowe, z którego nie korzystaliśmy, atrakcyjna cena
Sporo drobnych uciążliwości i braków, zapach stęchlizny w łazience, prawdopodobnie na skutek niewystarczającego wyciągu (warto wyczyścić kratkę), słabe oświetlenie w łazience, brak 1 żarówki w lampie wiszącej nad stołem, 3 żarówki wykręcone, żeby nie świeciły, może chodziło o to, żeby tę lampę w ten sposób wyłączyć, bo nie udało nam się znaleźć jej włącznika, lampka do czytania na stoliku nocnym, tylko po jednej stronie łóżka, przydatny byłby ręcznik papierowy w kuchni, czyste naczynia powinny być w szafce/szufladzie a nie w zmywarce,
