If getting away from it all is what you desire, consider this; The Eastern Shore of Virginia is considered one of the last pristine coastal wilderness zones left on the east coast. Here you can wade in the warm, shallow waters of the Chesapeake in search of conch shells. Bike along the paved trails of Kiptopeke. Fish or crab from the local docks. Marvel at the beauty and intricacy of the turn-of-the-century architecture. Play 18 holes of golf at the Signature Arnold Palmer Golf Club. Stroll through the specialty shops of downtown Cape Charles. Enjoy the quiet solitude of nature as you kayak through the marshes and in lands. Take an eco-tour and discover the wonder and beauty of the longest stretch of natural coastline on the entire eastern seaboard. Watch the sun set over the bay. The unspoiled natural beauty, slower pace and genuine southern hospitality of Virginia's Eastern Shore just may cause you to reconsider your definition of the word "vacation". There is a beautiful feeling here in Cape Charles, a leave-your-cares-behind attitude that simply cannot be described. You have to experience it for yourself. Boat parking is available on a first reserve basis. Permission for boat parking will only be granted when a formal request is made and space is available.
Rate quoted is for a maximum occupancy of 6. Occupancy above 6 may incur additional charges. Rate does not include a $350 security deposit. A small amount of paper products (TP & paper towels) are provided to get you started. If these run out you will need to resupply for yourself.

Great location, clean, well appointed kitchen, enjoyed the beach toys, bikes etc. Too many chores at check out that are non-standard for short-term rentals

It was perfect. It was clean, there were many household items already at the house which made the transition easier and the Realtor is always so pleasant to work with. Very close to the beach so the location is perfect: this is our 2nd year at this house and we would book again.

We love the Kiptopeke Condominiums neighborhood and were disappointed when the place we usually stay was unavailable. Lucky for us, Fran's place was available and we are so glad! So nice with those extra touches like bikes for our girls, so we didn't need to wrangle our own on the bike rack. Although we did not use it,(close enough for us to walk!!) there is even a park pass so you can visit and park at Kiptopeke State Park at no cost. Fran is very responsive if you need anything. Our favorite restaurant, Stingrays, is a quick 5 minutes from the condo for some yummy takeout. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make breakfasts and lunches. All we needed to provide was food!We can't wait for our next visit. You won't be sorry if you rent Fran's place!!!
