This fully renovated 4BR/2.5BA home sits on Grandview Island with a sandy beach in the backyard, a golf-cart-friendly street, and a nature preserve at the end of the road. It is the rare Hampton rental that fits a whole family, or a whole project team, comfortably for a month or longer.
THE SPACE
2,022 sq ft across two floors, renovated top to bottom. Four separate bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen, Twin), two full baths plus a half bath, sleeping up to 7. The upstairs primary suite has 180-degree water views, a renovated four-piece bathroom with double vanity, and a custom walk-in wardrobe. Hardwood floors throughout, bright open living room, breakfast area off the kitchen, and a separate study with a door for working from home. Central air and in-unit washer and dryer. Parking is rarely an issue: a one-car garage plus four off-street spaces, so five vehicles fit comfortably, with room for a boat or trailer.
OUTSIDE
Sandy beachfront steps from the door. Kayak out to Hawkins Pond. Crab off the back of the property. Grandview Nature Preserve is a short walk: three miles of undeveloped beach and marsh, and the best birding on the Peninsula. Quiet golf-cart community. Sunsets over the water most nights.
